L’occupazione della foresta di Moni nella Germania del nord, resiste ormai da qualche mese. Un’autostrada, la A14, dovrebbe essere costruita in quella regione che è una delle più grandi aree senza autostrade della Germania.
Qui di seguito la dichiarazione dellx occupantx datata 24 aprile :
In tempi di crisi climatica globale non è accettabile che lo Stato continui a spingere un sistema basato sulle auto. Non vogliamo che un’altra foresta venga distrutta per un’autostrada di merda, che genererà solo più profitto per l’industria e distruggerà ulteriormente l’ambiente e lo spazio vitale per tutte le forme di vita. Dato che il governo continua a ignorare gli interessi delle persone e della natura, scegliamo di impedire direttamente il taglio e la costruzione.
Questa non è solo una lotta per il cambiamento della mobilità, ma parte di una lotta molto più grande contro il sistema capitalista. Non vogliamo creare un capitalismo più verde basato sullo sfruttamento degli esseri umani e della natura, specialmente nel sud del mondo. Finché esisterà questo sistema coloniale e patriarcale, continueremo ad arrampicarci sugli alberi e ad occupare le foreste per fermare progetti distruttivi come l’A14.
Siamo solo una parte della resistenza contro l’autostrada. Siamo solidali con tutte le persone che lottano con tutti i metodi contro tutte le autostrade e il sistema che ne ha bisogno.
Siamo solidali con tutti coloro che lottano contro l’oppressione e la distruzione del nostro mondo.
Vogliamo creare uno spazio aperto in cui si cerca di riflettere e disimparare il comportamento oppressivo, dove tuttx sono benvenutx e si sentono invitatx a passare e a far parte dell’occupazione.Niente machos. Niente fascisti.
Niente poliziotti.
Per un mondo senza gerarchie.
Per l’autodeterminazione.
Per una buona vita per tuttx.
Le persone di Moni hanno ricevuto molta solidarietà da parte di abitanti delle città vicine, riportano con entusiasmo che la loro scorta di patate è sempre piena, grazie a queste persone!
Ma ci sono state anche alcune visite di sostenitori dell’autostrada, alcuni andati lì solo per discutere, altri con l’intenzione di attaccare il campo. Nelle prime ore del mattino del 3 luglio c’è stata un’incursione nazista al campo. Verso le 4:15 è arrivata un’auto con quattro persone a bordo. Dopo poco tempo, hanno cominciato a fare commenti sgradevoli contro il campo di protesta e a minacciare le persone che erano nelle case sugli alberi in quel momento.
Tre dei maschi hanno iniziato a distruggere le strutture di terra. Tra le altre cose, hanno svuotato la tanica dell’acqua, demolito il freeshop e le biciclette e distrutto parti della recinzione. Inoltre, è stato rubato un telefono che era stato lasciato a terra. Dopo massimo 15 minuti sono ripartiti.
Le persone del campo condannano l’attacco e riportano una lunga serie di insulti sessisti espliciti rivolti verso di loro.
Il 7.7.2021 4 persone dell’ufficio dell’ordine pubblico della città vicina alla foresta si sono presentate con una scorta armata e 3 poliziotti e sono entrati nella zona autonoma. Nonostante la richiesta di andarsene e l’offerta di contattare l’assemblea per iscritto, l’ufficio dell’ordine pubblico ha insistito sul suo presunto diritto di ispezionare l’occupazione. Nel fare ciò, i funzionari pubblici hanno invocato una presunta “situazione di pericolo” per giustificare l’ingresso. È seguita un’ispezione durata più di due ore, durante la quale ogni centimetro quadrato è stato meticolosamente documentato.
Purtroppo le continue espressioni di rabbia delle persone che abitano le case sugli alberi non hanno cambiato la situazione. È chiaro che l’autorità sta cercando una ragione per criminalizzare l’occupazione.

Lo stato di polizia espone ancora una volta la sua faccia autoritaria. Lo dimostra chiaramente: come ogni stato, anche quello tedesco è uno stato di polizia. Nessuna giustizia, nessuna pace!

The Moni forest occupation in northern Germany, has been standing for some months now. A highway, the A14, is meant to be built in that region, a part of Germany’s largest highway-free area.
Below, the occupants declaration dated April 24th:
In times of global climate crisis it is not acceptable for the state to keep pushing a car-based system. We don’t want another forest to be destroyed for a shitty highway, which will just generate more profit for the industry and further destroy the environment and living space for all lifeforms.
As the government keeps on ignoring the interests of people and nature, we choose to directly prevent the cutting and construction.This is not just a fight for mobility change, but part of a way bigger struggle against the capitalist system. We do not want to create a greener capitalism based on the exploitation of humans and nature, especially in the global south. As long as this colonial patriarchal system exists, we will continue to climb trees and occupy forests to stop destructive projects like the A14.
We are just one part of the resistance against the highway. We stand in solidarity with all people fighting with any means against all highways and the system that needs them.
We stand in solidarity with everyone fighting against oppression and the destruction of our world.
We want to create an open space in which we try to reflect and unlearn oppressive behavior, where everyone is welcome and feels invited to pass by and be part of the occupation.No machos. No fascists. No cops.
For a world without hierarchies.
For selfdetermination.
For a good life for everyone.
The people in Moni received lots of solidarity from those living in the surrounding cities; they report enthusiastically that their potatoes supply is always full, thanks to these people!
But there have also been some visits from highway supporters, some of them went there just for discussion, some of them openly right-wing extremists, with the intention of attacking the camp. In the early morning on July 3rd there was a nazi raid at the camp. Around 4:15 a car arrived with four people on board. After a while, they started making nasty comments against the protest camp and threatening the people who were on the treehouses at the moment.
Three of the men started to destroy the ground structures. Along with the other things, they emptied the water tank, destroyed the freeshop and the bikes and tore down parts of the fence. Also, a phone was stolen that had been left on the ground. After 15 minutes, they left.
The people of the camp condemn the attack and report a long series of explicit sexist comments aimed towards them.
On July 7th, 4 people from the public order office of the city near the forest showed up with an armed guard and 3 cops and came into the autonomous zone. Despite the request to leave and the suggestion to write to the assembly, the public order office insisted on their alleged right to inspect the occupation. In doing so, the public functionaries invoked a supposed “dangerous situation” to justify their entrance. A more than two hours long inspection followed, during the while every square inch has been meticolously recorded.
Sadly, the ongoing rage manifestations of the people living on the treehouses didn’t change the situation. It’s clear that the authority is looking for a reason to criminalize the occupation.

The police state exposes once again its authoritarian face. This is shown clearly: as every state, also germany is a police state. No justice, no peace!
